What a service actually covers

A service is a routine inspection by a qualified technician. We go over the car for wear and tear, including brakes, oil, filters and engine belts, replace items from the tier you have chosen, and tell you about anything else we find rather than simply doing it.

If something needs replacing beyond the schedule, we ring you with the part and the price first. Nothing gets done that you have not agreed to.

Bronze Service: the starting checklist

Brakes, and anything else the service turns up

If the service shows up a brake problem, we can usually put it right promptly, whether it needs pads, discs or something more involved. You get the price before we start, and the work is covered by the same guarantee as the service.

What happens next

  1. 1. Pick your tier

    Bronze, Silver or Gold. If you are not sure, ring us with the mileage and we will tell you which one the car is due.

  2. 2. Drop the car in

    Pick a day. Drop the car off between 08:30 and 10:00 and we ring you when it is ready.

  3. 3. We call before we go beyond the schedule

    Anything found that is not on the list gets a phone call and a price first.

  4. 4. Record and guarantee

    You leave with the work documented and a 12-month guarantee on parts and labour.
