What happens next
1. Get the car to us, or ask about recovery
If it is not driveable, ring us before you arrange anything and we will tell you what we can do.
2. Free estimate
Three photos are usually enough to start. We confirm the figure once the car is with us and the damage is fully visible.
3. Insurer or self-funded
If you are claiming, we deal with your insurer's engineer on your behalf and agree the repair method with them.
4. Repair, refinish, inspect
Structure first, then panels, then paint in our own booth, then a final inspection before you collect.

Your insurer will usually suggest a repairer from its own network, and you can normally ask for the work to be done somewhere else. Policies differ, so ring us and we will tell you what to ask them.
We deal with your insurer's engineer on your behalf, agree the repair method and the parts, and keep you informed. You still make the claim itself with your insurer.
We do not run courtesy cars. MOTs take about 45 minutes and you can wait. For anything longer there is a key drop, so you can leave the car before we open or after we close.
Impact damage can move the shell out of line even where the panels look repairable. We measure the shell against the manufacturer's figures and bring it back within tolerance before any panel or paint work starts.
It depends on the extent of the damage and on parts availability. We give you a realistic timescale when the repair is agreed, and we tell you if it changes.
